not sure when the confirmation hearings will start, but here is an interesting myDD diary my Paul Rosenberg: Alito Against Democracy

But I do think that we need to first focus on the Patriot act front as that will be on the front burner over this week and may be next. Another action post is upcoming on it.

Also, why not stop by at our gr4ag blog and post/comment once in a while? It looks rather abandoned, and that discourages people from posting :)
